“ My 13 year old son choose here for his birthday dinner and also dictated the rating. The staff was on point with communication. We could see that the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait very long and while we waited we didn't feel forgotten or ignored. Our server explained that different parts of our order may come at different times because each dish takes a different prep time. We perfectly understood and because we knew what to expect we didn't have any unpleasant surprises. The dishes were delicious, flavourful and well presented. The atmosphere was energetic, but not overly stimulating. ”

“ We were lucky enough to have Dee serving us tonight and our entire experience was just lovely, nothing bad at all to say. Our food arrived in a good amount of time with no issues, same with our drinks. Our service from Dee was just the best, extremely friendly, understanding and helpful, they helped us decide what food to get! The firecracker chicken katsu was a bit too spicy for me but otherwise it was really nice. The chicken yakitori starter was quite nice as well, just a little bit messy to eat was all but there were tissues, also the complementary green teas were very nice as well. Dee was also extremely kind enough to give us a cheesecake dessert on the house!! Really enjoyed my first experience at Wagamamas a lot and would definitely recommend ”

“ This was my first time in any Wagamama and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a sushi fan which is the first thing I think of with Japanese food but the menu here was all of well cooked items. Be warned, spicy does mean spicy, if you go for the curry items. The juices though are delicious and refreshing. The service was fast including dealing with any allergies. The restaurant was clean and stylish. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended. I will come again. ”
